Description

The Draw Down will take place at Illinois Building at the State Fairgrounds. Numbers will be drawn on 9/21/26 between 12:30-2:30pm. You DO NOT need to present to win. 400 Tickets total and 38 winners. Once you purchase a ticket we mail it to you from the state office to address inputted.
